Having trouble with your cable? As cable winds on the pipe it will flatten itself out and then as it moves off the pipe it will return to its round shape. If this is done too many times, the cable will start to fray. Cable winders, also referred to as cable savers, could be your solution. Cable winders provide machined grooves that will help the cable hold its shape while on the pipe. They will also keep your cable straight, clean on the pipe and will prolong the life of your cable.

How long does it take to ship your product?

Solution:

We process orders Monday-Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm (Central Time). During our busy season, May-August, we have a 72 hour processing time and a 24 hour processing time throughout the rest of the year. Once your order is shipped, it could take up to 5 days depending on where you live inside the U.S.

Solution:

If you placed the order online, you can check your order's status by logging on to your account. At the bottom of the "My Account" section, it will list the orders you've placed and the status of those orders. Once the order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking numbers.

If you placed your order by phone or fax and gave us your email address, we will email you a copy of your invoice with tracking numbers. If no email address was given, then you will need to call 800-259-8715 to check on your order.

Question: Will I be charged sales tax?

Solution: The sales tax rate and imposition is determined by the location where the merchandise is being shipped. If you are living in the state of Texas you will be charged 6.75%. All out of state customers will not be charged sales tax.

Wholesale account holders that have been approved for credit have the option to apply their purchases to their Net 30 account or pay by credit card.

Question: How will my order ship?
How will my order ship?

Solution: The service providers that we use are Fed Ex, UPS, UPS Freight and AAA Cooper Freight. The carrier will be determined by the service available to your shipping address and by the weight and size of your order. When your order ships you will receive and email that includes the name of the carrier and the tracking number.
