Job Title: Production Manager

Job Description:

As part of this role, you will be responsible for issuing production orders to various departments within our organization as needed. This includes coordinating with manufacturing, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely production and availability of items. You will also play a key role in managing same-day shipping processes and providing accurate estimated delivery dates to customers.

The primary focus of this office is to maintain sufficient stock levels for sale, ensuring that our inventory meets customer demand. Your role is crucial in guaranteeing that all customers receive their shipments on the promised delivery date, enhancing their satisfaction and trust in our services. By efficiently managing production orders, shipping processes, and delivery timelines, you contribute significantly to our goal of providing exceptional service and meeting customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of products.
2. Develop and implement production plans to meet inventory targets and customer orders.
3. Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely production and delivery of products.
4. Monitor and optimize warehouse processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
5. Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks to reconcile discrepancies.
6. Implement quality control measures to ensure products meet company standards and customer expectations.
7. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
8. Evaluate warehouse performance metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
9. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to warehouse operations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in warehouse management or production supervision, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems, warehouse operations, and production processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in computer systems and software applications related to warehouse management.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities.
