Coastal Series Overhead Tritoon Boat Lift

The Coastal Series Overhead Tritoon Boat Lift is offered in two capacities: 4,000 lbs and 8,000 lbs. It includes a top beam made of lightweight aluminum, measuring 12 1/2 ft in length, with a 6-inch web and a 4-inch flange. The drive pipe, which is electro-galvanized, is 13 ft long and has a 2 3/8 inch outer diameter, fitting a 2-inch inner diameter.

For lifting, it uses aircraft cable, with the 4,000 lbs version having a 1/4 inch thick cable that’s 60 ft long, while the 8,000 lbs option has a thicker 5/16 inch cable that’s 100 ft long. The cradle beams, like the top beam, are also made of aluminum and have the same dimensions.

The gearbox, which directly drives the lift, comes in two sizes: one for the 4,000 lbs lift weighing 28.35 lbs and another for the 8,000 lbs lift weighing 38.3 lbs. Both have a gear ratio of 450:1, ensuring smooth operation. They’re permanently lubricated and sealed to prevent any maintenance needs.

The motor options include 1 HP and 1 1/2 HP versions, both with a C-Face mounting type. The 1 HP motor weighs 29 lbs, while the 1 1/2 HP one weighs 39.65 lbs. These motors are powerful enough to lift boats efficiently, with insulation rated as F for safety.

When purchasing the boat lift, it’s essential to have an accessible delivery address for the freight company and a fork truck for unloading. BH-USA ships the lifts in sturdy wood crates and provides 33 ft cable drops for straight-line lifts. They’ll coordinate delivery with the freight company to ensure a smooth process.

All boat lifts come with 33 ft. cable drops for straight-line boat lifts. You will need to cut the cable to fit your configuration.

Each BH-USA boat lift is individually crated and shipped via motor freight. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to arrange for a delivery address that is accessible to the freight company and has a fork truck available for unloading. Customers will be required to unload crates by hand if fork trucks are not available. In order to facilitate the delivery, BH-USA will request a call from the freight company to the customer. Missed deliveries may incur extra freight charges that will be the buyers’ responsibility.
