This BH-360 Guidepost Bumper Kit includes two 36 inch solid black guidepost bumpers and two boat cradle guideposts. This kit is used on the BH-360 PWC lift. There are two welded pipe holders on the outer part of the BH-360 PWC cradle that support the guideposts. The white, pvc guidepost measures 40 inches long. This is a round pipe measuring 2 inches by 2 inches. The guidepost is capped at one end. On the outside of the cradle, the uncapped side should slide on the guidepost pipe holders with the capped end in the air. Designed to comply with ASTM D 2665, the PVC guidepost is made of ASTM-certified PVC. For draining, a 1/4 inch drain hole has been drilled into the cap.

Guidepost bumpers are solid foam inserts with a waterproof vinyl sleeve protecting them. The shells are made of 200 denier nylon. Before mounting the guidepost to the cradle, install the guidepost bumper. 2 3/8 inches x 2 3/8 inches is the outer diameter of the bumper. Inner diameter of 1 inch. The bumper should be mounted closer to the top of the PVC pipe.As you return to the PWC lift, you will have better visibility with the guidepost kit. Other boat lifts can use the kit, but they usually need more than two guideposts and two bumpers. You should refer to the specifications of the boat lift before using it outside of its normal purpose.
