BH-USA will refund your purchase price for eligible items up to 60 days from the purchase date. Using our simple return system enter your order number or log into your account and if your item is eligible for return a return link will be displayed. Simply follow the link to get a pre-paid UPS label.
BH-USA will only accept returns that are processed through the BH-USA simple return system. Items that were not purchased directly through BH-USA are not eligible for returns. These items would need to be returned from the original place of purchase.
Any rigging hardware and special order items, such as wire rope/cable, shackles, wire rope clamps, and fasteners, are not covered under any warranties or returns due to their nature and intended use in diverse applications.
