Do not send item US mail, if you send item US mail it will not make it to BH-USA and will be discarded. We will not be responsible for the loss of any item sent US mail.
Only send UPS or FedEx ground
You must insure your item, BH-USA will not be responsible for any shipping damages, losses or claims. Do not send items collect they will be refused. Please write you Warranty Number on your item, items that do not have a warranty number will be discarded or returned.
Keep this number for future reference.
