Aluminum Pile Mount Limit Switch Bracket

The Aluminum Pile Mount Limit Switch Bracket mounts a limit switch to the far end of a top beam. The bracket centers the switch. The limit switch is a switch operated by the motion of a machine part. The limit switch counts rotations of the drive pipe. It uses the hole pattern to mount a GEM Remotes KRLS Limit Switch to a top beam. The switch bracket fits BH-USA aluminum pile mount boat lifts.

Made from 1/4 in. 6061-T6 US aluminum. Weighs .5 lbs. The aluminum limit switch bracket measures 5 in. L x 2 3/4 in. W x 2 3/4 in. H. The top beam flange has (2) 3/8 in. centered mounting holes. Located 1 1/2 in. from the end of the plate to the center of the mounting hole. The mounting holes measure 2 in. distance from center-to-center of the mounting hole. The limit switch flange has (2) 1/4 in. diagonal mounting holes. Located 1 in. from the end of the plate to the center of the mounting hole. The mounting holes measure 3 7/8 in. center-to-center diagonally. The aluminum pile mount switch bracket is sold separately.
