The Hybrid Bumper is a flexible and versatile dock edging option. It can be used in different ways, making it perfect for many dock setups. As a flat 3 ½” wide bumper, it works well for side mounting on a dock. It can also be applied to a round piling, bending to fit the shape of the pole. Plus, it can be bent 90° to protect dock corners. This makes the Hybrid Bumper a great choice for various dock needs.
Barbour Plastics Marine Grade Dock Products have been made for over 35 years. They are known for their long-lasting quality and strong performance. These products are made from UV-grade, high-impact flexible materials, which are designed to protect boats and docks. The vinyl bumper and edging products are made using a special co-extrusion process. This process combines premium marine-grade materials on the outside with recycled marine-grade material in the core, giving the products great durability and performance.

When you order special items, full payment is required upfront, and they cannot be canceled or refunded. Keep in mind that the estimated delivery date is only an estimate, not a guarantee, and won't justify canceling a special order.
BH-USA provides four stock options: In Stock, Available, Currently Unavailable, and Out of Stock.

In Stock
The product is currently in stock and will be shipped at the earliest possible date.
Available
This product needs to be produced, often because it's a special order item. Once produced, it becomes eligible for shipping. While you can still purchase Available products, please be aware that the shipping time may be longer than usual.
Currently Unavailable
Due to constraints from vendors or resources, we are temporarily unable to sell this product until it is either received or produced. It will return to the In Stock status as soon as it becomes available again.
Out of Stock
The product is currently out of stock, and we do not have an estimate for when it will be available again, if ever.
BH-USA aims to offer a reliable shipping experience. We work with preferred shippers for timely delivery of ground and freight orders. Specific shipper requests and third-party pickups are not allowed due to security reasons. Ground orders are shipped without a signature requirement, and we provide tracking information for monitoring. If items are marked as received but missing or damaged, BH-USA cannot be held responsible. In case of delivery issues, check with neighbors and the carrier directly, as delivery may extend until 10 pm. Contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date for assistance in resolving any problems.
For freight orders, customers are responsible for unloading as freight carriers do not provide this service. Shipping to commercial addresses with forklift access is recommended for smoother delivery. Residential delivery requires proper access and unloading equipment and assistance. Failure to comply may result in the order being returned to BH-USA with a credit issued after deducting all freight costs and a restocking fee of up to 20%. BH-USA is not responsible for hindrances caused by factors like gate access or neighborhood restrictions. Specific freight delivery requests should be directed to the carrier. Before signing the delivery ticket, verify shipment completeness and inspect for visible damage, taking photographs if needed for smoother claims processing.
BH-USA will refund your purchase price for eligible items up to 60 days from the purchase date. Using our simple return system enter your order number or log into your account and if your item is eligible for return a return link will be displayed. Simply follow the link to get a pre-paid UPS label.
BH-USA will only accept returns that are processed through the BH-USA simple return system. Items that were not purchased directly through BH-USA are not eligible for returns. These items would need to be returned from the original place of purchase. Simple return system is only for ground orders. For freight, please call customer service at 1-800-259-8715 for further assistance.
Any rigging hardware and special order items, such as wire rope/cable, shackles, wire rope clamps, and fasteners, are not covered under any warranties or returns due to their nature and intended use in diverse applications.

However, we must inform you that all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed for any merchandise obtained from our showroom, online catalog, or mail order catalog. Our liability is strictly limited to BH-USA's return policy, and we explicitly exclude any claims for consequential, incidental, or special damages resulting from product defects.
To claim a warranty issue, you must initiate the process by visiting our Simple Returns page. Please note that BH-USA will not cover any shipping charges for the return of the item. If, upon evaluation, we determine that the item is covered under warranty, we will proceed with either repairing or replacing the defective product. However, no credits will be issued for warranty items. In the event that you prefer to purchase a replacement before your warranty claim is processed, kindly be aware that BH-USA will still only offer repair or replacement services, and no credits will be provided.
It is essential to refrain from tampering with, removing, or covering any label, serial number, or rating label applied to products manufactured by or sold by BH-USA, as doing so will void all warranties without exceptions. Additionally, please be aware that certain products, such as wire rope/cable, shackles, wire rope clamps, and fasteners, are not covered under any warranties due to the unpredictable nature of their usage and environmental conditions. Thus, BH-USA cannot be held liable for any damages, whether to property or personal, resulting from the breaking or failure of such rigging hardware. Lastly, our liability is strictly limited to the amount actually paid by the customer of BH-USA for the specific merchandise in question, and no damages or refunds shall exceed this amount.
