The Lil Lifter Winch Wheel Fastener Kit is the missing piece for the proper operation and mounting of your BH-USA winch handle on your Demco or BH-USA Lil Lifter. It includes the tension spring, winch nut, cable compression plate and cable stop fasteners. The tension spring and nut are necessary for proper winch handle mounting. The Lil Lifter Winch Wheel Fastener Kit is meticulously crafted to provide a seamless fit on DLBA800A brake winches, ensuring compatibility and a hassle-free installation process.

The kit contains important parts made of zinc-plated steel, known for its durability and resistance to rust. It includes one winch nut and one tension spring, both measuring 1/2 inch. Additionally, there’s one compression plate sized at 1 1/4 inches by 1/8 inch by 3/4 inch, along with one cable bolt sized at 3/16 inch by 3/4 inch, and one lock nut sized at 3/16 inch. These components are vital for proper assembly and function, ensuring long-lasting performance.
