Black Weighted Boat Lift Sling
Introducing the Black Weighted Boat Lift Sling, a revolutionary lifting accessory tailored for the demanding requirements of the marine industry. Crafted with precision and incorporating cutting-edge features, this sling is engineered to provide exceptional performance and reliability during boat lifting operations.
One of the standout features of this sling is its unique dying process, developed exclusively for the marine industry. The dye coloration undergoes stringent testing to ensure that it will not transfer onto your watercraft’s finish, preserving its pristine appearance. Rest assured that your boat’s aesthetic integrity will remain intact.
Constructed from high-quality marine-grade polyester, this sling offers superior strength and durability, making it well-suited for the rigorous marine environment. The polyester material is further enhanced with UV inhibitors, providing protection against harmful sun rays and prolonging the sling’s lifespan.
The Black Weighted Boat Lift Sling incorporates a double-padded keel pad, delivering optimal support and cushioning for your watercraft during lifting operations. Sewn-in lead weights are strategically placed within the double kneel pad to help maintain the sling’s shape and prevent floating. These weights play a crucial role in ensuring stability and proper positioning of your boat during lifting.
It is important to note that while the sewn-in lead weights assist in preventing floating, they are not sufficient to maintain adequate tension on the boat lift cable. To address this, we highly recommend utilizing additional cable weights to achieve optimal tension and stability on the cable.
For added convenience and reliability, the Black Weighted Boat Lift Sling is equipped with dual-sided galvanized 5/8-inch thick pear rings. These pear rings feature sheaf guards, providing protection against wear and tear, and ensuring longevity even in challenging marine conditions. The sling is available in three different widths: 4 inches, 6 inches, and 8 inches, allowing you to choose the optimal size for your specific lifting requirements.
The working load limit (WLL) of this sling is calculated to be well within safe operating limits. The 4-inch and 6-inch wide slings have a WLL rated capacity of 4,200 lbs and 6,000 lbs, respectively, while the 8-inch wide sling has a WLL rated capacity of 6,000 lbs. These ratings indicate the maximum working load specified by the manufacturer and are determined by dividing the minimum breaking load (MBL) by a safety factor (SF).
For your peace of mind, the Black Weighted Boat Lift Sling is not intended for lifting humans or overhead loads. Its design and features are specifically engineered for boat lifting operations.
Rest assured, this sling meets the highest standards of quality and performance. Each sling is made with meticulous attention to detail, and the pear rings are embossed with raised stamps on each end to ensure authenticity and traceability.
Please note that this product is sold individually, allowing you to select the precise quantity you require for your boat lifting needs. Invest in the Black Weighted Boat Lift Sling, and experience the ultimate in marine lifting solutions.
What is WLL?
Working Load Limit (WLL) is the maximum working load specified by the manufacturer. This load represents a mass or force that is much less than that required to make the lifting equipment fail or yield, (known as the Minimum Breaking Load – MBL). SWL or WLL are calculated by dividing the MBL by a safety factor ( SF).

The marine slings have lead weights sewn into the double kneel pad. The weights help keep the shape of the sling and help keep it from floating. However, the weights are not enough to keep adequate tension on the boat lift cable. We recommend using additional cable weights to keep more tension on the cable. | |||
