Boat Cradle Guidepost

The Boat Cradle Guideposts are attached to the guidepost stanchion under the cradle. This aids in docking. Made of PVC 1120 type 1 sch 40, the outer tube is 2 3/8 inches in diameter, and the inner tube is 2 inches in diameter. Their PVC material provides durability in various weather.

Wall thickness of about 3/16 inches. The guideposts offer stability and support. The top cap has a 1/4-inch drainage hole for water flow during boat lifting and lowering, enhancing functionality and preventing water buildup.

The top cap, featuring the drainage hole, is ASTM D 2665-certified PVC, meeting industry standards for reliability. Users can easily identify the drainage feature by the 1/4-inch hole in the white cap securely fastened to the end of the white pipe.

These guideposts act as visual aids during docking, guiding boats accurately into the cradle. Their design, along with durable materials and precise engineering, ensures a smooth experience for boat owners and operators.

ASTM D 2665

A specification for poly (vinyl chloride) plastic drain, waste, and vent pipes and fittings.

PVC Schedule 40

Extremely durable, with high tensile and impact strength. Unlike PVC Schedule 40 DWV Foam Core, this material is easy to install and provides better sound absorption.

Guidepost bumpers, mounting brackets, and stanchions are not included..

ADDITIONAL CHARGES

An Additional Handling charge may apply if your shipment requires special handling as stated in our UPS Terms and Conditions of Service/Carriage. Those criteria include:

A package with the longest side exceeding 48 inches or second-longest side exceeding 30 inches.

A shipment where the average weight per package is greater than 50 pounds.

A package that is not fully encased in corrugated cardboard.
