6 in. Galvanized Cradle Beam

The 6 in. Galvanized Cradle Beam is used for boat cradles in a boat lift. Mounting wood bunks on the cradle beams in the shape of the watercraft will allow lifting. The boat lift cable runs to the welded endplates. The cable winds up bringing the beams upward.

The 6 in. web runs from top to bottom of the beam. The 5/8 in. machine punched centered holes on the endplates. 5/16 in. endplate thickness. Made from steel. Hot-dipped galvanized finish. Safely holds 1,500 lbs. distributed weight.

Galvanized Chock Angle Bracket Kit

The Galvanized Chock Angle Bracket Kit is laser cut for a professional look. Made from 1/4 in. hot-dipped galvanized steel. Incredibly adaptable to any type of I-Beam boat cradle beams. Features 1/2 in. mounting holes on both sides of the flange. They are 1 1/2 in. center-to-center on the flange. The mounting holes run the entire length of the flange. This makes it adjustable to different cradle beam configurations. The angles are a direct match to the original Ace Labs chock angles.

Galvanized Guidepost Stanchion Kit

The Galvanized Guidepost Stanchion Kit fits 4 in. to 6 in. wide galvanized cradle beams. Made from hot-dipped galvanized steel. Easy to install on preexisting boat cradle beams. Allows 2 in. ID PVC pipe to slide over the stanchion.

Includes all galvanized mounting fasteners.

Boat Cradle Guidepost

The Boat Cradle Guidepost slides over the guidepost stanchion on a boat cradle. A 1/4 in. hole is drilled into the cap. Made from PVC. Cap comes installed on the pipe. The drilled hole allows water to drain through the guidepost when lifting or lowering your boat cradle. Measures 2 3/8 in. OD (2 in. ID). Schedule 40 pipe. You can add an option guidepost bumper for higher visibility of the boat cradle.

36 in. Solid Guidepost Bumper

The 36 in. Solid Guidepost Bumper slides over a 2 in. PVC guidepost. The guidepost covers the boat lift cable coming into the boat cradle. Features (3) distinct colors; red, royal blue, and black. Individually or sold in packs of four bumpers. Four bumpers typically are enough to be used on each end of the cradle beam.

Designed with 1 in. diameter foam insert. Made from 200 denier nylon shells. Protects boat lift cable and the watercraft’s gel coating. Measures 36 in. x 2 3/8 in. x 2 3/8 in. Made the boat cradle more visible while docking your boat.
