The Max Overhead V-Hull Boat Lift
The Max Overhead V-Hull Boat Lift has a lifting capacity of 12,000 lbs and runs on a 1.5 HP motor. It’s designed with an A-Drive hoist system capable of lifting 7,000 lbs. per hoist. The lift operates at a speed of 2 feet per minute and features a gearbox with a 40:90 size ratio for efficient performance. Its GFCI is an in-line type and works with 220v power.
The top beam includes two overhead beams, each measuring 14 feet long and 3.5 inches wide. These sturdy beams are made of structural steel and weigh 12.5 lbs per foot. The drive pipe, which is galvanized, spans 13.5 feet and has a width of 2.375 inches.
In terms of the cradle, it comes in lengths of either 9 or 10 feet and is constructed from steel, hot-dipped galvanized, with welded endplates. These endplates are designed to support up to 6,000 lbs of weight. Guideposts are made of PVC and come with bumper sets, and the cable and attachments include blocks and sheaves made of stainless steel.
The motor, which operates at 1.5 HP and 220v, has a capacitor start and selective rotation. It’s equipped with a stainless steel shaft and a double worm reduction gearbox with an actual ratio of 450:1.
When ordering, each boat lift is carefully packaged and shipped individually via motor freight. It’s important to ensure that the delivery address is accessible to the freight company and has a fork truck available for unloading. BH-USA will help coordinate the delivery process, but missed deliveries may result in additional charges for the buyer.
This boat lift does not include wooden cradle bunk beams.

It is the purchaser’s responsibility to arrange for a delivery address that is accessible to the freight company and has a fork truck available for unloading. Customers will be required to unload crates by hand if fork trucks are not available. In order to facilitate the delivery, BH-USA will request a call from the freight company to the customer.
