96 Tooth Worm Gear Assembly
The 96-tooth worm gear assembly comes ready to install and includes the gear, sleeve, back-plate bearing, axle sleeve bolt, and snap rings. The ¼-inch grease fittings are easy to reach, so you can keep the gear moving smoothly with little effort.
This gear comes in two materials: 932 bronze or cast iron. Both versions have a 2.875-inch bore (without sleeve), a 12.75-inch diameter, and a 2-inch hub depth. They are made to fit BH-USA flat-plate boat hoists and connect to standard gear plates.
Important: This gear is for BH-USA flat-plate hoists only. Do not mix it with other brands. Using it with non-BH-USA parts is not covered under warranty.
Never use the same material for both worm gears. The use of steel-on-steel or bronze-on-bronze is not recommended for flat-plate hoists. Return policy.
