Aluminum Pile Mount Top Beam Bracket
The Aluminum Pile Mount Top Beam Bracket is a safety securement bracket for aluminum pile mount boat lifts. The bracket slides onto the bottom flange of the aluminum top beam. The top beam rests on the top of the dock piling. The bracket installs on the dock piling as an added securement bracket. The bracket helps keep the top beam from moving side to side or being lifted during bad weather. Features a no-weld design. Uses stainless steel fasteners with PVC isolators so the aluminum bracket does not touch the dock piling wood. Available in (3) sizes for different size pile mount boat lifts. Secures top beams up to 7 in. channel. The bracket pieces mounting on the aluminum top beam are adjustable making it easier to install. Made from 6061-T6 US aluminum.
Dock piling mounting fasteners not included.
The hex head bolts, flat washers, and nylock nuts factory installed. It holds the mounting bracket piece and the aluminum flange piece together. The rod and cap nuts are used on the adjustable brackets to secure to the bottom flange of the aluminum top beam. These will need tightening when installing the mounting bracket.
