Coastal Series Overhead Pontoon Boat Lift
The Coastal Series Overhead Pontoon Boat Lift is designed for pontoon boats. Made from marine-grade 6061-T6 US aluminum. This lift is strong, durable, and corrosion-resistant, perfect for marine environments. Its no-weld design ensures long-lasting reliability.
The lift’s top beams and cradle beams can be easily cut to fit your boathouse. Equipped with the A-Drive boat hoist, this system offers belt-free, direct-drive operation for smooth and controlled lifting. Powered by a dual-voltage, standard-duty single-phase electric motor (1 HP for 4,000 lb. and 1 1/2 HP for 8,000 lb.). The motor operates at 1725 RPM. All moving parts have grease fittings for simple lubrication, reducing friction and wear, ensuring consistent performance, and extending longevity.
Available in 4,000 lb. and 8,000 lb. configurations. This accommodates different pontoon boat sizes and weights, ensuring safe lifting for your specific boat. Utilizes stainless steel fasteners and swaged stainless steel 7 x 19 aircraft cables for durability and corrosion resistance.
Delivered individually crated via motor freight. Requires a delivery address accessible to the freight company with a fork truck for unloading. We can assist with coordinating delivery. Wood bunks for the cradle are not included and need to be added separately if desired.
Backed by a 5-year warranty, the lift requires wood bunks for the cradle, which can cause buoyancy. Engineered lifts include 4 x 10 lb. cable weights to offset this, with additional weights available for purchase if needed.

All boat lifts come with 33 ft. cable drops for straight-line boat lifts. You will need to cut the cable to fit your configuration.
Aluminum cradles could become buoyant if wood bunks are added. To offset any buoyancy, engineered lifts with wood bunks (15001,15002,15006 and 15007) come with 4 x 10 lb cradle weights. Extra weights can be purchased separately.
Each BH-USA boat lift is individually crated and shipped via motor freight. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to arrange for a delivery address that is accessible to the freight company and has a fork truck available for unloading. Customers will be required to unload crates by hand if fork trucks are not available. In order to facilitate the delivery, BH-USA will request a call from the freight company to the customer. Missed deliveries may incur extra freight charges that will be the buyers’ responsibility.
